Most affected by the cuts are the departments of Education, Agriculture, Transportation and Housing and Urban Development.Yes, let's cut funding to our already struggling schools, cut funding to those who provide us food, cut funding for new highways, and heaven forbid should you provide housing for the poor. This has to be one of the stupidest ways to fund a pointless war.
